Brezy is a digital product — when you buy a license, the key is issued and delivered to you right away. Even so, we want you to be happy with your purchase, so we keep our refund policy simple and fair.
Try before you buy
Every download includes a free 20-minute full trial with every scene and effect unlocked, plus a permanently-free “Rainy night” mode after that. We genuinely recommend using the trial first to confirm Brezy runs well on your Mac and display setup before purchasing.
Our 14-day guarantee
If you buy a license and Brezy doesn't work for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. There's no complicated process — just reach out and tell us what went wrong.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email support@brezy.app and include:
- The email address you used to purchase (so we can find your order), and
- A quick note on what didn't work — it genuinely helps us improve the app.
Once approved, the refund is processed back to your original payment method through Stripe. It typically takes a few business days for your bank to post it. When a license is refunded, its key is no longer authorized for use.
A couple of fair exceptions
Because the trial lets you evaluate Brezy fully before buying, we may decline refunds outside the 14-day window, or where there's clear evidence of abuse (for example, repeated buy-and-refund cycles). Nothing here limits any rights you may have under your local consumer-protection laws.
